​Initial Consultations are $75. These are optional 45 minute sessions which are designed to help you gain an understanding of the program as well as how to customize your plan to meet your goals prior to making a commitment.

Anthony will meet you in your home, help you plan your meals for the week as well as tailor your diet to your goals. Plus, enjoy access to weekly group training to perfectly complement your nutrition.  Fill out our nutrition form prior to your consultation.
